Please use this form to provide your feedback about the Draft Bozeman Health Subarea Plan.
The 60-day public comment period will be open between Tuesday November 7, 2023 and Friday January 5, 2024.

If you are providing feedback about a certain section of the Plan, please refer to the chapter number (ex. "Chapter 4") and topic heading (ex. "A Complimentary District").
If you are commenting on something very specific within the Plan, please refer to the page number in the lower left-hand or lower right-hand corner of the page.
